Susan Dublin, the Chairwoman for the Red Barn Arts and Crafts Festival, said that the event is a year in the making...
A lot of work. There are 14 [people] on our committee that work for about a year to put this event together. And we meet quite often, especially when it comes down close to the time that we're getting to the event," Dublin said.
Among those present at the Red Barn Arts and Crafts Festival was KTVO's John Garlock.
