The Kirksville Air Show will be flying high Sunday but earlier this weekend people got a sneak peek at a practice run.

Sunday’s show will start at two but the first 100 people to show up at eight in the morning will win a free plane ride around town.  Things will really get off the ground in the afternoon with stunts by a P-51 Mustang and other fighter aircraft.   Air show director Randy Smith said the show will feature some of the best pilots around.

“Skip Stewart is one of the wolrd's finest airshow pilots and we had him last year and we brought him back by popular demand.  Also I'm looking forward to seeing this jet powered school bus that goes 350 miles per hour and a 75 foot flame shoots out the back of it,” said Smith.

Smith also told KTVO that tomorrow will also feature games for kids and a jet-powered portable toilet.
