KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Summer is almost over and that means everyone's squeezing in those last few trips to the pool—even man's best friend!

Saturday was the 4th annual dog luau in Kirksville. The pooches had the opportunity to take a dip in the pool at Brashear Park.

The dog luau is put on by the city and Pawsitive Animal Works. Those that stopped by for a swim made a $5 donation. All the money raised from the event goes to benefit the Adair County Humane Society.
