KIRKSVILLE, MO -- Flooding started to occur throughout the heartland early Monday morning. One car became submerged in water on East LaHarpe just as you turn off Baltimore, next to Wi-Fi Sensors.  There were reports that this flooding was caused by a busted water main just before 2 a.m.  Good news though, the passengers in the truck did get to safety and no injuries were reported.

Water overflow Monday morning creates a calming site. Spur pound in Kirksville was flowing onto Osteopathy as folks were traveling during the morning commute.  A waterfall developed as the water heads downhill.  If looked hard you could see some small fish flowing across Osteopathy as well.

Folks looking to tee off might have a difficult time. Flooding in parts of the Kirksville Country Club flowed over the golf course early this morning and continued through the day.
