NOVINGER, MO. -- The traveling Heart Gallery stopped in Kirksville for the first time Monday.  The gallery showcases photos of 240 children from Missouri who are looking for their forever home.  The traveling exhibit began in Kansas City in April and will end in November at the State Capitol Building.

“We have many children waiting.  Some children are very young, some are a little bit older, some are youth and we have sibling groups available as well as single children,” said Children’s Service Worker Betty Robertson, “I just want to encourage anyone who’s interested in seeing our gallery and viewing the pictures and profiles for our children to come on in, we’d be happy to speak with them about it.”

You can visit the gallery through from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Friday at the Baptist Student Center.  For more information on all the foster children, click here.
