DES MOINES, IOWA -- A former Heartland man is facing more than 16 years in federal prison on drug and bomb charges.

Jerry Lee Schlarbaum, 31, formerly of Stockport, Iowa, will serve the time on charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth and possession of a pipe bomb in connection with drug trafficking.
