Man charged with incest

LANCASTER, MO. -- A Kirksville man facing three felony charges waives his formal arraignment in Schuyler County Associate Circuit Court.

19-year-old Joshua Lyons is charged with two counts of incest and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The alleged incidents involved a minor in 2008 and 2009.

Lyons is scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 12. He is being held in the Schuyler County Jail under $50,000 cash-only bond.
