KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man arrested by the Kirksville Police Department for misdemeanor stealing is now facing additional charges in Schuyler County.
On Friday, Joshua Lyons, 19, of Kirksville was charged with two counts of incest and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
All three are felony charges.
Schuyler County Prosecutor Brenda Swedburg told KTVO the alleged incidents involved a minor and happened in 2008 and 2009.
Lyons is housed in the Adair County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
