Iowa couple arrested on drug charges

CLARK COUNTY, MO. -- An Iowa couple faces drug charges in northeast Missouri.

Stephen McDonald, 25, and his wife, 24-year-old Kathryn McDonald both of Waterloo, Iowa, were arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol early Saturday morning in Clark County.

Stephen McDonald is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He's being held in the Clark County Jail.

Kathryn McDonald is charged with possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. She was released on her own recognizance.
