The internet crime unit of the Kirksville Police Department lands another person behind bars. This time it was a man living in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jane Duke, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas says Steven Marshall, 67, a retired Hollywood TV producer who had retired to Little Rock Arkansas two years ago, will spend the next seven and a half years in prison, followed by supervised release for life, on a federal conviction of distribution of child pornography. Marshall was an executive producer of the 1980's TV series "Growing Pains".

Marshall was arrested after chatting and sending pictures to an undercover detective working in the Kirksville Police Internet Crimes Unit.

Authorities say marshal was sending and receiving child pornography and participated in online chats about child abduction, bondage, rapes and murders.

Marshall was also ordered by the court to undergo intensive sex offender therapy while in federal custody.
