KIRKSVILLE, MO -- Nan Davis, the Executive Director of Adair County's Senate Bill 40/Developmental Disability Board announced her resignation on Monday. Davis is resigning for personal reasons and to have more time to spend with her family. Davis was the first director of the Developmental Disability Board since the organizations inception in April of 2005.
The SB40 Developmental Disability Board of Directors met in a special closed session on Sunday night. They discussed accounting irregularities identified in the annual audit of financial statements.
