One of the two Tri-County Electric employees facing charges involving the alleged theft of petitions has been granted a change of judge in his case.

Terry Miller of Greentop, charged with misdemeanor theft, made the motion for the change of judge which was granted by Judge Stephen Wilcox. Scotland County Associate Judge Karl Demarce has been assigned the case. Miller has also requested a change of venue. That motion has not yet been ruled on. Miller is being represented by Kirksville attorney Tim Reuschel.
