LAGRANGE, MO. -- A Lewis County deputy said he found a Heartland man with approximately three bags of methamphetamine.

Herman Boyer, 41, of LaGrange is charged with one count of possession of the controlled substance, meth.

The investigation started when a deputy got a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on a side road near Durgen's Creek outside LaGrange.

Boyer was arrested January 31, 2010.
