An Idaho man returns to Missouri to face four sex-related felony charges. 

Randall Tetzner, 50, of Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho was booked into the Adair County Jail just before 5:00 Thursday morning. 

Tetzner is charged with two counts of sodomy and two counts of rape. He is being held under $250,000 cash only bond. 

The charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred back in 1986 and 1987 in Adair County. 

Tetzner had been fighting extradition from Idaho back to Missouri to face the charges. It took local authorities about three months to go through the extradition proceedings.
