COLUMBIA, MO. (AP) -- The University of Missouri and Moberly Area Community College want to make it easier for graduates of the two-year school to transfer down the road.
Leaders of the two schools signed an agreement last week called the "Mizzou Connection Program." The pact provides Moberly
graduates with added resources such as early registration and individualized attention.
Three of the community college's seven campuses will initially participate: Moberly, Mexico and Columbia.
Missouri Provost Brian Foster said that roughly 1,400 students at the school come from community colleges.
