WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) - Waterloo police are investigating a suspicious death at an alcohol and drug recovery center.

Officers say they found the body of a 30-year-old man late Thursday night at the Junkmen-Knoebel Center. The center is a 25-bed housing unit specifically designed for people recovering from alcohol or drug addictions. Authorities have not yet identified the man or said how he died.

The State Medical Examiner is planning to perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
