Local man arrested for double murder

HANNIBAL, MO. (AP) -- Police in northeast Missouri arrest a Hannibal man after two people were found dead.

Police arrested 32-year-old Manuel G. Cazares on Saturday on murder charges after discovering two victims at an apartment in
Hannibal. Hannibal Police Chief Lyndell Davis says officers found one male and one female dead.

Missouri court records show Cazares had two orders of protection issued against him in Marion County in the past year.
