KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Northeast Missouri man already facing charges in Macon County, now has additional charges in Adair County.

Vicente Soto, 25, of Kirksville is now charged with stealing a motor vehicle and first-degree property damage in connection with the theft of a limousine back in December.

Soto is also accused of leading authorities on a high-speed chase through three counties. He is already charged with felony counts of tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest in Macon County.

He’s scheduled to be arraigned on those charges Wednesday in Macon County circuit court.

Soto is being held in the Macon County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
