KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Northeast Missouri man who is already in custody, is now facing additional charges.

Timothy Romano, 23, of Downing, is charged with first degree burglary and felony stealing. Romano already had the same charges from a separate incident against him. He's being held in the Adair County Jail.

In this incident Romano is accused of stealing a computer and computer items from the Kirksville Wal-mart store. Romano's previous charges are also from an incident at Wal-Mart. During a court appearance today, Romano waived a preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to circuit court.
