More arrests made in Appanoose County drug bust

CENTERVILLE, IOWA -- The Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office, Members of the South Central Iowa Drug Task Force, Centerville Police Department, and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested two suspects in conjunction with the narcotic search warrants that were served in Udell, Iowa Tuesday morning according to a new release from the Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office.

Officers arrested Anna Scott, 31, and Floyd Brooks, 49, both of Centerville. Scott and Brooks are both charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony and ongoing criminal conduct, also a class B felony.

Both are being held at the Appanoose County Jail on a $200,000 bond each.
