BLOOMFIELD, IOWA --  

The Bloomfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive.

Megan Bix, 24, of Bloomfield is wanted by the Bloomfield Police Department.

Police believe that Bix could be in Centerville or Ottumwa.

If you have seen her or know of her whereabouts you are asked to call the Bloomfield Police Department at 641-664-2700.

On October 10, 2012, the Bloomfield Police Department conducted a search warrant at Megan Bix's residence. During the search warrant, officers found drug paraphernalia, and a white substance consistent with methamphetamine.  There were children present during this search warrant.  There are 7 charges for Megan. They are: 1- Possession of a controlled substance (meth), 2- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 3- Child Endangerment, 4-Gathering where drugs are used (meth), 5-Tampering with Jurors/Witnesses, 6- Interference with Official Acts, and 7- Domestic Abuse Assault. An arrest warrant is in effect for Megan Bix.

Megan is 24 years old. She is 5'2 and 235 lbs. Last that Law Enforcement knew, Megan had dyed her hair a reddish/ pink color. She has Hazel colored eyes. Possible locations are Centerville and Ottumwa.  If any one knows of her location call your local law center or call the Bloomfield Police Department at 641-664-2700.
