KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- A Kirksville man is behind bars, charged with abuse or neglect of a child.

According to the Missouri Court System, Larry Walker, 28, of Kirksville, was arrested on Nov. 15 by the Kirksville Police Department.

Court paperwork says that on November 16, Walker was formally charged with abuse or neglect of a child, with serious emotional or physical injury.

Walker's bond was set at $100,000 cash only; however, his attorney has petitioned the court for a bond reduction, which has been taken under advisement.
