FAIRFIELD, IOWA -- A new trial date has been set for a southeast Iowa man charged with first degree murder.

Tyler Webster, 33, of Fairfield, Iowa, is charged in connection with the death of 32-year-old Buddy Frisbie. The incident occurred in August of this year. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.

The Jefferson County Attorney's Office says when deputies arrived at the residence on Marigold Boulevard, just south of Fairfield, they found Frisbie suffering from gunshot wounds.
