James Glaspie is charged with receiving stolen property
KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- One Heartland man is in custody and accused of selling stolen property.
James Glaspie, 32, of Kirksville, is charged with receiving stolen property.
According to court papers, Glaspie is accused of selling stolen aluminum concrete forms at recycling businesses in Kirksville and Brashear. The stolen forms were valued at nearly $3,400.
Glaspie is being held in the Adair County jail under $25,000 cash only bond.
