KIRKSVILLE, MO -- It's been over three years since someone has occupied the building on North Baltimore Street in Kirksville that formerly housed Goody's.
The building has been vacant since the original Goody's store closed back in February of 2009.
Lately there has been activity at the location, and that has caused KTVO to receive numerous phone calls asking if someone is moving in.
On Monday, KTVO contacted the Thomas Realty Group of Saint Charles, Missouri, which has the listing on the property. Cheryl Hughey, communications director for the company told KTVO they are currently putting a new roof on the building. They are continuing to market the building to try to find a tenant; however, there is nothing on the horizon at this time.
