KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville man facing three felony charges now knows when he will stand trial.
A trial date was set Tuesday for 27-year-old Rex Sizemore.
Sizemore is charged with felony counts of forcible rape, first degree burglary and domestic assault. Sizemore is now scheduled for trial on December 10 and 11 in Adair County Circuit Court.
According to court papers, Sizemore is accused of illegally entering a Kirksville residence through a kitchen window. It is then alleged that Sizemore choked the victim before throwing her to the ground and raping her.
