OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Heartland residents need to be on the lookout for two men suspected of rape and indecent contact with a child.
Michael Wayne Connell (DOB 02-22-66) is wanted for one count of indecent exposure, one count of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse, one count of indecent contact with a child, and two counts of second degree sexual abuse.
He is a white male with brown hair and eyes, standing approximately 5’-11” tall and weighing 310 pounds.
John Joseph Connell is wanted for three counts of second degree sexual abuse.
John Connell is a white male with red hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 5’-06” tall and weighed approximately 130 pounds in 2009.
Michael and John may be in Southeast Iowa or Missouri. Anyone with information regarding these two men is encouraged to call the Ottumwa Police Department at 641-683-0661 or call 911 if they are seen.
