Help find a fugitive

EDINA, MISSOURI -- Law enforcement authorities in northeast Missouri are asking for your help in finding a fugitive. 

Edina Police are looking for Hap Howland, 38, of Edina, was released on his own recognizance Thursday, and has all ready violated that release, by having contact with the victim. 

Howland was being held on felony charges of burglary and domestic assault. If you know the whereabouts of Hap Howland, you’re asked to call the Edina Police at (660) 397-3251 or the Knox County Sheriff’s Office at (660) 397-2276.
