Ottumwa man accused of making meth

OTTUMWA, IA -- An Ottumwa man has been accused of manufacturing several grams of meth.

According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, 25-year-old Cemeron Dway Babcock has been charged with conspiracy to manufacture more than five grams of meth, a class B felony.

He remains in the Wapello County Jail on a $100,000 standard bond.
