Former director admits stealing from senior center

MACON, MO. -- A northeast Missouri woman accused of stealing from the Macon Senior Center, has pleaded guilty to three felony charges. 

Donna Bruner, 44, of Excello, entered guilty pleas to two counts of stealing and one count of fraudulent use of a credit or debit device. Bruner entered the pleas in Macon County Circuit Court. 

Bruner admitted to taking more than $8,000 from the senior center through misuse of a debit card, along with pocketing money from the sale of stamps at the center and by charging grocery items for personal use. 

Donna Bruner is scheduled to be sentenced July 17, 2012, in Macon County Circuit Court.
