KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- A Milan man facing sex related felony charges in two different counties, now knows when he will face trial in Adair County.
Terry Collis, 44, is charged with four counts of statutory sodomy involving more than one victim under the age of 12. Collis will stand trial beginning November 1 in Adair County Circuit Court.
In Sullivan County, Collis is facing one count of statutory sodomy with a victim under the age of 14. His next court appearance in Sullivan County Circuit Court is set for May 10.
Collis is being held in the Davies DeKalb Regional Jail, for Sullivan County, under $100,000 cash only bond. The bond for Collis on the Adair County charges is 150,000 cash only bond.
