Iowa Governor Terry Branstad talks to KTVO

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Iowa Governor Terry Branstad sat down with KTVO's Greg Deffenbaugh on Wednesday and discussed a wide range of issues important to the people of southeast Iowa.

Governor Branstad talked about the proposed reforms to the mental health system, education reforms, commercial property tax reform and about the infrastructure in southeast Iowa.
