HUMPHRIES, MO. -- The American Kennel Club Eukanuba National Championships will be held in Orlando, Florida on December 17 and 18.
A record breaking 3,938 dogs will be entered and the Heartland will have their own representative.
Kicha, is a one-year-old French Bulldog.
She will be traveling to Orlando to compete in the competition with her owner Anna Willis of Humphries, Missouri.
Anna has bred and raised Kicha since she was a puppy.
Kicha will be in competition against 58 other dogs from all over the world, hoping to be crowned World Champion at the Orange County Convention Center
Prize money for the winner of the bred and showed dog is $15,000.
Over $225,000 in prize money will be given away this year.
The winners of the National Championships will move onto the Westminster Dog Show at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
