Indictment for alleged possession of child porn

ST. LOUIS -- A Macon, Missouri man has been indicted on charges involving his alleged possession of child pornography in December 2010. 

Billie J. Spaid, 35, was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday on two felony counts of possession of child pornography.

If Spaid is convicted, each count of the indictment carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.

The case was investigated by the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Macon Police Department and the Kirksville Regional Computer Crime Unit.
