KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Northeast Missouri man, already jailed on one count of First Degree Statutory Sodomy in Sullivan County, has now had an additional four counts filed in Adair County.
Terry Collis, 43, Milan Missouri, is charged with having improper contact with a victim under the age of 12. Collis has now been charged in Adair County with four additional counts of the same charge, involving three victims aged four, four and two.
According to court papers, Kirksville Police say the Adair County incidents occurred within the Kirksville city limits at two separate locations.
Collis remains behind bars under a $100,000 cash only bond on the Sullivan County charge.
