Ottumwa couple jailed for drugs

OTTUMWA IOWA -- A marijuana investigation leads Ottumwa Police to a meth lab.

29-year-old Julian Robin and 20-year-old Nicole Shull, both of Ottumwa, were arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana and manufacturing of meth.

Robin is also charged with ongoing criminal conduct.

Both were initially being investigated for marijuana trafficking by the Southeast Iowa Drug Task Force.

But when authorities obtained a search warrant for the couple's home they found items in their garage consistent for the manufacturing of meth.

Both suspects remain in the Wapello County Jail tonight Shull is being held on 110-thousand dollars standard bond and Robin is being held on 135-thousand dollars standard bond.
