KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- There was another development Friday in connection with the peace disturbance case against Jeanne Brawner, wife of Kirksville school board member Jeff Brawner.

Five employees of the Kirksville School District have filed for orders of protection against Brawner. High school Principal Randy Mikel, Transportation Director Jeff Mikel, assistant football coach Rich Chapman, Assistant Principal Jeff Jacques and Activities Director Andy Jackson all made the filings in Adair County Associate Circuit Court.

All five say they feel threatened by comments allegedly made by Brawner at last Friday’s football game. Court hearings on the orders are scheduled for November 18th in Adair County Circuit Court.

Kirksville School Superintendent Pat Williams told KTVO late Friday afternoon in regards to Brawner that “she's been notified that she's restricted from being on school property or attending school events until further notice.”

Brawner’s first court date in her criminal case is set for November 24.
