NEAR KNOX CITY, MO. -- A northeast Missouri woman is in the hospital after a rollover accident Monday afternoon.
It happened at 2:20 p.m. on Highway 6 east of Knox City.
The Highway Patrol said a vehicle driven by Lori Hoffman, 45, of Canton ran off the right side of the road.
Hoffman overcorrected, and her vehicle skidded out of control and overturned.
She received moderate injuries.
Hoffman was treated at the scene by the Knox County Rescue Squad before Air Evac flew her to Blessing Hospital in Quincy where at last check Monday night she was listed in serious condition.
Authorities say Hoffman was wearing her seat belt.
