OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa hosted a Career Day for 8th graders from 10 school districts in Southeast Iowa, including Oskaloosa, Centerville, Davis County and Fairfield.
Throughout the day, students attended several sessions across the college campus and spoke with career professionals, listened to lectures and learned about potential careers for themselves.
Administrators present at Friday's session said that the information will provide students with an opportunity to learn more about themselves and what talents they have.
