MEMPHIS, MO. -- A Heartland woman is hospitalized after an early morning crash in Scotland County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 75-year-old Catherine Ralph of Memphis, Mo., suffered moderate injuries in the crash that happened on Highway 15 just before 8 a.m. Saturday.

Ralph's vehicle crossed the center line and hit another car head on. That vehicle was driven by 48-year-old David Peterson, also of Memphis, Mo.

Ralph was life-flighted to University Hospital in Columbia, Mo. Peterson was not injured in the crash.
