Near Carpenter St and Olive St, police arrested Jessica L Riley, age 29, on two Moberly Municipal warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Expired License, cash bond $166.50, and Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Stop at Stop Sign, cash bond $66.50; and a Macon Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, bond $122.50. Riley was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail.

In the 300 block of N Clark St, police arrested Curtis G Boulden, age 47, on a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Assault, bond $379.50. Boulden posted bond and was released.

In the 600 block of W Rollins St, police arrested Troy L Cunningham, age 39, on three Moberly Municipal warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Failed to Provide Proof of Insurance, cash bond $61.50, Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Signal when Stopping/Turning Left or Right, cash bond $51.50, and Failure to Appear original charge Driving While Intoxicated-Alcohol, cash bond $416.50. Cunningham was also arrested on unrelated charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Possession of Marijuana, bond $1,500. Cunningham was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail.

In the 600 block of W Rollins St, police arrested a 39 year old male for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond $131.50. The male posted bond and was released.
