NEMO man killed in one-car crash

KNOX COUNTY, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man was killed in a late-night traffic crash in Knox County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened at 11 p.m. Friday night on Route J eight miles north of Hurdland, Mo.

Joseph Thomas, 24, of LaBelle, Mo. was southbound on Route J when his vehicle went off the road. It crashed into a bridge, flipping over several times.

Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene by Knox County Coroner Jeffrey Doss.
