SCHUYLER COUNTY, MO. -- A manhunt is underway just south of Queen City as of Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says an officer tried to pull over a car on Highway 63.

Authorities say the car was clocked driving more than 90 miles per hour.

The patrol says the car swerved into a ditch on the East side of the highway. The driver reportedly got out of the car and ran into the brush.

Officers had the wooded area surrounded on Tuesday afternoon.

They also brought in ATVs to search the brush.

The patrol says the suspect in this case is not connected to the Clarence bank robbery.

Its kind of odd that this person put so many in danger. I heard he was going through Kirksville at 90mph. Has anyone heard if he was ever aprehended?
