A massive two-and-a-half month investigation into illegal drug distribution in Davis County results in numerous arrests.
Bloomfield Police Officer Buddy Harsch told KTVO Tuesday the investigation was a combined effort by the Bloomfield Police Department, Ottumwa Police Department, Centerville Police Department, Appanoose County Sheriff's Department, Centerville Drug Task Force and Davis County Sheriff's Department.
Arrested were William Brown of Ottumwa, charged with two counts of intent to deliver meth. He is being held under $50,000 cash only bond, Marcus Cree Miller of Bloomfield, on 11 drug-related charges, he is being held under $5,000 cash-only bond, and Candace Miller also of Bloomfield, facing five drug related charges. She too is being held under $5,000 cash-only bond.
Also arrested were Jean Davis of Bloomfield, charged with 19 counts of selling prescription drugs and Martin Rockwood of Moulton. He is charged with three counts of intent to deliver meth. Rockwood's bond is set at $50,000 cash only. Davis is free after posting bond.
Authorities are currently searching for George Jordan of Ottumwa and Jeremy Davis of Centerville. If you know the whereabouts of either of these fugitives, you're asked to call the Bloomfield Police Department at (641) 664-2700.
