MOBERLY, MO -- The following is a report of arrests from the Moberly Police Department
On June 19, in the 100 block of Tannehill St, police arrested Donnie L Vorhees, age 30, for a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Creating Noise Disturbance, cash bond $79.50. Vorhees was also arrested on unrelated charges of Driving While Intoxicated-Prior Offender, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on Law Enforcement Officer. On June 20, the Randolph Co Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant on Vorhees for the same above charges and the warrant was signed by the Honorable Randolph Co Judge C Suter, with a bond of $7,000. Vorhees was unable to post bond and was transferred to RCJC.
On June 20, in the 600 block of S Clark St, police arrested a 22 year female for Driving While Intoxicated, bond $391.50. The female later posted bond and was released.
The same day, police arrested Steven R Moeller, age 50N, near US 24 and Rt JJ. Moeller was arrested on two Shelby Co warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Driving While Intoxicated, bond $1,000, and Failure to Appear original charge Driving While Suspended, bond $2,000. Moeller was unable to post bond and was transferred to RCJC.
Also on June 20-near US 24 and Rt JJ, police arrested a 47 year old female for Driving While Intoxicated, bond $2,500. The female was unable to post bond and was transferred to RCJC.
In the 5000 block of S Morley St, police arrested Elizabeth D Sechrest, age 41, on a Bates Co warrant for Non-Support, bond $10,000. The arrest took place on June 20. Sechrest was unable to post bond and was transferred to RCJC.
In the 200 block of E Burkhart St, police arrested a 24 year old male for Property Damage, bond $1,500. On the same date, Randolph Co Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant on for this male, identified as Richard L Gulley, for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and was signed by the Honorable Randolph Co Judge C Suter, with a bond $10,000. Gulley was unable to post bond and was transferred to RCJC. The arrest took place on June 20.
On June 20, in the 1700 block of S Morley St, police arrested a 35 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated, bond $391.50. The male later posted bond and was released.
On June 20, in the 300 block of E Logan St, police arrested a 43 year old male for Pedestrian Failed to Use Sidewalk, bond $46.50, and was later released on summons.
In the 700 block of Harrison Av, police arrested Nathan C Snyder, age 18, on a Randolph Co for Failure to Appear original charge No Seatbelt, cash bond $100. Snyder posted bond and was released. The arrest took place on June 21
In the 300 block of N Clark St, police arrested Sara L Baker, age 31, on a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Improper Lane Use, bond $61.50. The arrest was made on June 21. Baker posted bond and was released.
On June 21, in the 300 block of N Clark St, police arrested a 27 year old female for Domestic Assault-3rd Degree, bond $2,500. The female posted bond and was released.
Near Rt A and Rt BB, police arrested a 43 year old male for Speeding, bond $1,500. The male posted bond and was released. The arrest was made on June 21.
