A Sullivan County man remains behind bars facing a felony sex related charge. Jack Blackburn, 44, of Milan, Missouri is accused of having sexual contact with a minor under the age of fourteen.
Blackburn is currently being held in the Daviees County Jail on a charge of first degree child molestation, a class "B" felony. His bond is set at $25,000 cash only. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
