KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- With sky rocketing gas prices, the Kirksville Church of the Nazarene is sponsoring a gas give away.
Just show up at the B.P. station on the corner of Baltimore and Patterson between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. and pump $10.00 of free gas.
“The burden of super high gas prices is really heavy for a lot of people, especially single moms and widows,” Lead Pastor of the Kirksville Church of the Nazarene Mark Hager said. “On Thursday school’s out, it’s Memorial Day Weekend, and the people in our Kirksville Church want to help their community where it hurts,” he said.
Church members will also give away a free coupon for a McDonald’s meal.
