MACON, MO. -- Three men are busted on felony drug charges.

Macon police, in conjunction with the Macon County Sheriff's Department and the North Missouri drug task force tell KTVO they arrested 24-year-old Lannis McAlpin and 17-year-old Michael Anspach.

Both men are charged with one count of felony distribution of a controlled substance.

Both were originally held on 25-thousand dollar cash bonds; however Judge Paul Parkinson has since reduced the bond on each man.

Anspach was released on his own recognizance. McAlpin is still being held, now with just a 25-hundred dollar cash bond, also arrested was 26-year-old Demetre Hicks. He is charged with three counts of felony distribution.

Hicks was originally held on a 75-thousand dollar cash bond, however, he was released after Parkinson lowered his bond to 75-hundred. Authorities say the drugs involved in the arrests were marijuana and cocaine, and authorities say more arrests are pending.
