Thursday, August 19, 2010  The Missouri Public Service Commission has approved an agreement between the Office of the Public Counsel (which represents ratepayers in the state), the PSC staff, Atmos Energy Corporation (Atmos), the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and Noranda Aluminum, Inc. which resolves all issues in a rate case filed by the natural gas company in December of last year.
