Broccoli Potato Mash

Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 cup of broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk, heated
Directions:
1. In large pan, place potatoes, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes.
2. In microwave-safe bowl, cook broccoli for one minute, then combine with potatoes.
3. Mash with potato masher. Stir in cheese and milk and continue mashing until potatoes are smooth and free of lumps
